• Cancellations should be made as early as possible. We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee if the ambulance has already been dispatched.

AmbuReady and its staff are committed to high-quality care during transit. However, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from delays or medical complications beyond our reasonable control during transport.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes relating to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Guwahati, Assam.
